back from amsterdam yesterday morning.. crew from flight were quite nice except for the green one.. shall not talk about her then..

the people in amsterdam get around using a bike more often than cars.. so much so, there are bicycle track for them and even traffic lights for them!!

went out with a few of my crew (mo, travis, jamie, cynthia).. and they are really nice people.. especially my chief.. she has an iphone!! haha.. damn cool la.. tempting me to get one for myself..

we pass by the red light district of amsterdam.. and it was really an eye opener.. girls standing behind the glass pane at the shop front.. like a mannequin.. 'selling' themselves.. even those with bulging fats... my god.. and it was only like wad.. 12pm??
and we went to visit the sex musuem..
the coloured portion is anne frank's house and where she and her family hid during the war..
and that's the building.. went in for a tour.. and u really can't imagine how 3 families can hide in that small annex for so long..
fionna and i cam whoring at a coffee place..
and on the night before i left.. met up with my batchgal allison who come in one day after me.. and we of course bitched a little.. haha..

celebrated lucy, jamie and joey's birthday in the aircraft when we reached singapore.. first time i've done that and it's really nice to see everyone happy and all with smiles.. afterall, birthdays are happen occasions...

upon touched down, took a power nap before heading to mich's place for a steamboat lunch!! hehe..that's ailing struggling with the chicken and their veins.. haha..

since it's a foursome gathering.. we took the opportunity to celebrate mich's birthday one week in advance..
had meeting, and then met ailing and tat ming for dinner at ajisen.. funnily, this seem to be the first time i go out with him.. like other than family events.. went to safra wanting to bowl, but ended up pooling.. like the feeling of meeting up with ppl..

people say in life, friends come and go. i seriously hope these group of friends will stay forever.. i'll make the effort to do so.. i promise.

miss my dad.. and my grandma.

lunch with pam yesterday.. mich suppose to join us.. but had something to attend to.. i was like a news centre.. and pam just got all the news updates from me.. haha.. news on our friends that is.. but is was nice.. chatting over a meal.. we should do this more often..
plans for cycling in the afternoon was disrupted.. so roamed around marina square, raffles city, OG, bugis street and bugis junction in the afternoon, till it was time to meet the army guys and ailing..

had steamboat at tian tian.. the nicholas that i haven seen for ages did his jump.. and looked more mature.. zifu who has been confined for 3 weeks looked more muscular.. and so has kai whom i haven seen for a while.. really glad to see them surviving... and although the topic always revolves around army.. it is interesting to hear the different stories from different ppl..
everyone got so 'excited', we put in all the veg all at one time.. haha.. healthy living huh..
yeah! it's always like a happy family whenever i manage to get these ppl together.. considering everyone's busy schedule.. i'm glad everyone makes an effort to turn up for these kinda gathering..

watched midnight movie with zifu, ailing, hao and javin at TM.. dun really have a particular movie that we wanna watch.. but somehow we settled on this hkg movie, brothers.. well.. it's the company that counts..

here are some things we do on the train.. which brings back memories from taiwan..doing a penang turn later... dun really feel like working.. but no choice. sigh.

my sis's birthday yesterday.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

as a family tradition, we had a lunch together to celebrate sis's birthday..
my brother went to his friend's place to make tarts.. and here's one that he made for my sis for her birthday.. kinda touched by the thought he has..

and for me.. i got a levi's wristlet for my sis.. hope she likes it..

did mani and pedicure with sis in the afternoon, then went to meet ailing for dinner at TM.. short catch up session.. but it was nice as usual..

woke up feeling a little feverish.. but still did bkk turn today.. came back wanting to get some rest.. but end up chauffeuring my family members around.. had a little time slot to spare.. so went to siglap tcc with my brother.. and got ourselves fruit fondue..
although time spent at tcc was short.. time spent with my brother is nv boring.. thanks tat.. love ya!!

tmr is kinda packed... meeting pamela, michelle, zifu, shao, ailing, hao.. will update again..

back from shanghai.. flight there was full but coming back was light.. and i was on check.

shanghai receiving the typhoon from taiwan.. and it was raining with strong winds.. so strong that it blew our umbrella till it turn inside out. too bad i din capture that funny scene.. the weather was cold as well, and i din bring my jacket.. just a cardigan..

4 crew and i went out for dinner at this jap restaurant and then massage.. shiok.. 1 hr foot, 1 hr full body.. then after massage hungry again, walked to macdonalds for supper.. and guess wad, they chicken drumstick burger!! cool. and it's v nice...

went to the bar for a drink after supper.. and then back to room. met up again for dim sum breakfast!! it was damn good.. and i ate till i almost drop..
this is the ashtray in sheraton.. it's super big.. and look inside carefully, there's actually this chi-na shape thing.. thought it was quite cool..
nice hotel layout..nice room right.. but dun like the pillow.. my head will sink into it..
in the jap restaurant.. the LS kept making fun of the waitress la.. but it's funny.. and he looks like xu nai ling.. the taiwan host..

there was also my fav egg tart!!
and look at wad i'm holding.. it's the dumpling from the dumpling soup.. super duper big.. and the soup only got this one dumpling.. and the taste.. quite good..

came back to a whole new look to my room..that's the new look to my room.. more spacious.. still trying to get used to it though.
